Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

Pack Your Items

Place your unworn footwear or apparel in the original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
